We recently made updates to our site that necessitated migrating to discount codes that only include alpha characters - no numbers. As a result, there are discount codes that were sent out in the past that will no longer work.

There are additional reasons that a discount code you might expect to work may not, for example, free shipping discounts generally apply only to services within the United States and cost $15 and under.
