Order Fulfillment

Fulfillment Policy

We make every effort to fulfill orders within one business day, but there are times this isn't possible. Some items may only be in-stock at a store location and must be transferred back to the fulfillment center for processing. This can take 3-4 business days.

Carrier Delivery Times

Shipping times, for your chosen shipping service, only apply to the time in-transit, once the order has been turned over to the carrier. The fulfillment policy above applies to all orders.

Just Sports is not responsible for any lost or undeliverable packages. If your package is delayed please contact the carrier directly.

Nike Restrictions

There are restrictions on shipping officially licensed Nike product, to which we strictly adhere. We will not:

Ship Nike merchandise outside the United States
Ship Nike merchandise to addresses of third party shipping/couriers
Sell Nike merchandise to anyone we think is a reseller or buying in bulk

If your order is determined to be in violation of this policy, it will be cancelled and refunded and a small charge may be assessed on the refund to cover our fees.
