Fulfillment Policy
We make every effort to fulfill orders within one business day, but there are times this isn't possible. Some items may only be in-stock at a store location and must be transferred back to the fulfillment center for processing. This can take 3-4 business days.
Carrier Delivery Times
Shipping times, for your chosen shipping service, only apply to the time in-transit, once the order has been turned over to the carrier. The fulfillment policy above applies to all orders.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your delivery window has passed or the tracking information shows the package has been delivered but you haven't received it, we're here to help!
Please report any lost packages within 30 days of the order's shipping date. Unfortunately, if we're notified after this period, we won't be able to process your request.
Before reaching out to customer service, kindly ensure the following steps are completed:
All Customers: Please check around your mailbox or front desk area. You might also want to ask your neighbors or anyone who may have signed for or picked up the package. Don’t forget to check the tracking information online for any special delivery instructions or updates.
APO/FPO Customers: Check with your military base's mailroom.
International Customers: Your local post office or customs office may be holding your package for customs fee payments.
